Rye + Sea Salt Nordic Crisps

Perfect for breakfast. A trio of our Sumac + Thyme, Rye + Everything Nordic crisps, and Cardamom + Cinnamon granola.

Morning Bird Kit

Our granola are baked locally in small batches in our bespoke kitchen in East Orange. Our granola is nut-free and has all the classic spices but with a little Nordic twist.

We added our favorite Danish cookie spices from Danish Pebernødder to our granola and the result is satisfyingly good.

Our granola flavor is best described as a spiced cookie but with less added sugar and with a tiny kick from the white pepper and ginger. We used organic maple syrup for our sweetener instead of refined sugar.

Eat the granola traditionally with milk, yogurt, as a dessert on top of vanilla ice cream or topped on your smoothie.

CARDAMOM + CINNAMON

Our hand-made Nordic Crisps are baked locally in small batches, using old-school Scandinavian baking methods.

Rye + Everything is baked from our original award-winning Rye + Sea Salt Nordic Crisp flavor with added everything spice. The minced onion and garlic add a savory touch making this a healthy substitute for your everything bagel. Eat them as a stand-alone snack or with your favorite breakfast toppings. We suggest pairing with avocado and tomato, cream cheese, egg or some smoked salmon.

RYE + EVERYTHING NORDIC CRISPS

Our Nordic Crisps are baked locally in small batches, using old-school Scandinavian baking methods. We made sure to pack our crisps with natural superfoods making every bite energizing for all you active birds out there! We use cured sumac from Burlap and Barrel, which is known for their single source origin. Sumac is a common Middle Eastern spice that is best described as being citrusy.

The Sumac + Thyme will have some zing and salt balanced with thyme and flavors of toasted seeds. These are a great snack to eat on its own, with a cheese platter or added crunch to your salad.
